The purchase of an adjacent factory and a Biedermeierhouse made it possible to present the public with the rich treasure of imperial and royal furnishings from several periods.
The architect Alessandro Alvera has combined the diverging parts of the building creating an exciting ensemble full of suspense.
The reconstructed apartment of Lucie Rie by Ernst A.Plischke is a new exhibit.
