The approx. 6000 sqm grounds on the edge of the Lainzer Tiergarten have been developed by a total of seven families as part of a new model for clients. The aim of the development project was for a different team of architects to plan each of the seven houses individually, tailoring them to meet the wishes of each of the clients and bringing a diverse spectrum of contemporary architecture to life.
