Things are happening in the dense urban mesh. Despite the shortage of space, varied and imaginative work on developing a city worth living in is being continued. Recently, an apartment building was erected on an existing shopping centre (Querkraft), a new recreation space was made above a metro line (Tillner & Willinger), and an “urban gardening tower” (SIG S) was erected between two renovated 19th century buildings.
