Steirereck, one of the best restaurants in the world, has smartened itself up architecturally. PPAG architects have developed some surprising solutions to meet the complex demands of the high-end catering sector. The eye-catching new look has four fingers protruding towards the park and rising windows — however the true heart lies underground: a laboratory for experimental new developments.
