Archikids: What Do Architects Do?

An architect designs buildings that should be stable, practical and beautiful. So an architect has to have many skills: drawing plans, calculating costs, negotiating with clients and, in the meantime, increasingly ensuring that the whole construction site, including the materials and machinery, does not produce too much CO2.

As a result, only very few architects work on their own anymore, most work in large teams. We give you an insight into the work of architects, taking a look at the tools they work with. Then we design a building in the form of a model.
