Today things are going to get sweet, yummy smelling and brightly coloured at the Az W. Concrete is being replaced by gingerbread, connections are made of sugar frosting and toothpicks — et voilà, wild gingerbread structures. What will the gingerbread houses of the future look like? Fans of embellishment can decorate with sugar, as a tried and tested method. Make your buildings as tall, wonky and colourful as you like, as long as our provisions last. Confectionary architects may take their works home with them. Please bring a T-shirt that can get grubby.
