Archikids: As Light as Concrete?!

Even the Ancient Romans used concrete. In the meantime, alongside standard concrete there are also ultra-strong concretes, as used in ship-building, for instance, or lightweight concrete, which is used as insulation. Harald Sommer from Lafarge Zementwerke GmbH shows us the new applications for concrete, and helps you to get the mixture right: we take cement, sand, water and gravel, and make our own objects out of concrete.
