The Architekturzentrum Wien was founded in 1993 as a provisional institution and now, it is impossible to imagine the city without it. In just three years, the joint initiative of the federal government and the City of Vienna has proven to be important and overdue. The present report provides a complete overview of all activities in 1993, 1994 and 1995. With success, the tasks grow; thus the report is also the basis and legitimation for realizing these tasks and overcoming the provisional status.
