Folding can be used as a technique to make walls disappear, and now even whole houses can be folded-up for transportation. In addition, thin materials can be made more robust with folds, like paper. Hans Frey of Skyfold shows us how this works, and then we’ll try it out for ourselves to see how a sheet of paper can become a pillar, a support, or a complete folding roof structure.
