The walk “Alles Gute. Ein Umgang” through the 7th district, which has become something of a tradition, puts visitors in the mood for the Advent season with a variety of short programmes from the areas of literature, dance and theatre. This year once again a stop will be made in the Architekturzentrum Wien: the participants in the walk are invited to follow an entertainment programme with a connection to architecture in the Az W library. Visitors will be offered seasonal mulled wine and gingerbread cookies. A excerpt the film “Xmas Meier” by Ila Bêka & Louise Lemoine will be shown: the third part of the “Living Architectures“ film series is devoted to a working-class district in a Roman suburb, which has achieved an international reputation thanks to the “Chiesa del Giubileo” by star architect Richard Meier. Controversies, irony and freely expressed opinions contrast strongly with the piety of the faithful. Welcome to Rome during the Christmas season!
