The high-calibre international panel discussion is the lead-in to and highpoint of the extensive three-day programme of the 2016 civil engineers congress. On the basis of the housing developments presented and the reports on the experiences made, the aim is to show that affordable homes and high quality architecture are by no means contradictory — neither in Vienna, nor internationally.
