What do cakes and buildings have in common? We replace the façade with fondant, the retaining walls with sponge cake, and the mortar with buttercream.

The architect Reem Abuajameia from Talin Cake explains the cake’s statics. Each participant creates a model of their own dream cake, and together we create and taste a real cake.
